Subprocessor Register
Tech Innovation Hub LLC uses the providers below to deliver AIDevPortal. A provider receives customer content only when its service is used or enabled. Customer-directed integrations are separate third-party services selected by the customer.
Core service providers
These providers support the operation of the service.
- Leaseweb USA, Inc. — infrastructure hosting and network services — United States.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — edge connectivity, traffic protection, and secure tunneling — global network.
- Stripe, Inc. — hosted subscription billing and payment processing — United States and applicable service regions.
- Resend, Inc. — transactional service email when enabled — United States.
Optional AI model providers
Workspace content is sent to an AI provider only when an authorized workspace configuration routes a request to that provider. Available providers may vary by plan, region, and contract.
- OpenAI, L.L.C. — model inference and related AI services.
- Anthropic, PBC — model inference and related AI services.
- Google LLC — model inference and related AI services.
Customer-directed services
When a customer connects Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Stripe, or another business system, that provider processes data under the customer's own agreement with it. AIDevPortal accesses only the permissions the customer authorizes.
