Privacy Policy

1. Scope and our role

This policy applies to our websites, trial and paid accounts, applications, APIs, support, and service communications. Tech Innovation Hub LLC is the controller for account, billing, website, security, and direct support data.

For documents, prompts, connected-system records, workflow content, and other data submitted by a customer, the customer generally controls the data and AIDevPortal processes it on the customer's behalf under our Data Processing Agreement.

2. Information we collect

We collect account and identity data such as name, work email, organization, role, authentication identifiers, team membership, and access settings. Stripe handles payment details; we receive subscription, invoice, and transaction status rather than complete card data.

Customers may submit documents, knowledge articles, prompts, model outputs, workflow inputs and results, support content, and records retrieved from connected systems. We also process configuration, permissions, approvals, audit events, usage, device, browser, IP, diagnostic, and security data.

Website forms may collect the fields a visitor chooses to provide. Analytics measure page and product usage; we do not intentionally place confidential workspace content into marketing analytics.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate authorized assistants and workflows, process subscriptions, deliver support, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, comply with law, and communicate service or account changes.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand performance and improve the service. We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer workspace content to train general-purpose models unless the customer gives separate, explicit authorization.

4. AI processing and connected systems

When an authorized user runs an AI feature, relevant instructions and content may be sent to the model provider selected for that workspace. Available providers and their status are shown in product configuration and our subprocessor register.

Connected systems are accessed only after customer authorization and within the permissions granted. A customer can disconnect an integration; it may also need to revoke access in the source provider.

5. When we share information

We share information with service providers that host, secure, bill, email, support, or supply configured AI processing for the service. They may use the information only to provide contracted services and are subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect people or the service, during a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards, or at the customer's direction. Our current providers are listed in the Subprocessor Register.

6. Retention, export, and deletion

We retain account and workspace information while needed to provide the service and for the plan's configured retention period. Limited records may be kept longer for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Authorized workspace owners may use supported exports or request export and deletion assistance. After confirmed deletion, active data is removed or de-identified. Encrypted protected backups containing deleted customer data rotate out no later than 30 days after active-system deletion, while limited security, legal, and financial records follow their disclosed or legally required retention periods. 7. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, tenant-scoped authorization, credential protection, logging, monitoring, and controlled changes. No service can guarantee absolute security.

8. International processing

AIDevPortal is operated from the United States and providers may process information in other locations. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms. Region-specific commitments apply only when stated in an order form and technically enabled for the workspace.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information. Send requests about AIDevPortal-controlled data to [email protected].

For information held in a customer's workspace, contact that customer first. We support verified customer requests as processor. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe path; essential service messages may continue while an account is active.

10. Children

The service is for organizations and authorized business users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will change the date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
