Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every account, workspace, user, integration, assistant, agent, workflow, API client, and marketplace package using AIDevPortal.
1. Prohibited use
You may not use AIDevPortal to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Do not violate privacy, intellectual-property, employment, consumer-protection, export-control, or other applicable laws.
- Do not generate or distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, or content designed to evade security controls.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, probe another tenant, disrupt service, bypass quotas, or reverse engineer protected platform components.
- Do not submit data or connect systems you are not authorized to use.
2. High-impact decisions
AIDevPortal must not be the sole decision-maker for legal rights, medical care, credit, insurance eligibility, employment, housing, public benefits, or similarly high-impact outcomes. Customers must use qualified human review and comply with applicable notice, explanation, and appeal requirements.
3. Regulated and sensitive data
Do not submit protected health information, payment-card data, government identifiers, biometric data, or other regulated data unless the applicable order form expressly permits it and all required agreements and controls are active.
4. AI outputs and automation
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Customers are responsible for testing instructions, setting approval gates, reviewing material outputs, and monitoring workflows before and after production use.
5. Enforcement
AIDevPortal may investigate suspected violations and limit or suspend affected access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, third parties, or the service. We will provide notice when practicable and work with the customer on remediation.
