Data Export and Deletion
Workspace owners control the business data they submit to AIDevPortal. Unpaid trials follow automatic offboarding after their published retention window; active and paid workspaces use the separate owner-confirmed deletion process below.
Workspace export
Authorized workspace owners may use available exports for audit events, workflow records, reports, and other supported data. For a broader machine-readable export, contact support from the workspace owner's verified email. We may need to confirm identity, authority, and scope.
Unpaid trial: automatic offboarding
When a 14-day unpaid trial expires, the workspace becomes read-only. The expiry notice starts a 30-day upgrade and export window, and the owner receives a final warning before the deadline. If no paid subscription is active after that window, automated offboarding suspends the workspace and schedules active workspace data for purge. An owner request is not required.
An owner may start the verified deletion process before the automatic deadline. Protected backups containing deleted customer data rotate out no later than 30 days after active-system deletion; limited security, legal, or financial records follow the restrictions described below.
Active or paid workspace: owner-requested deletion
A verified workspace owner may request deletion through [email protected]. Recent identity verification is required because deletion affects every user, document, integration, automation, and audit record in the workspace.
Once the owner confirms the request, the workspace is suspended immediately and scheduled for purge after a 30-day cancellation and export window. During that window the verified owner may cancel the request or ask for available export assistance. After the window, active customer data is removed from primary application storage, object storage, search indexes, and active caches.
Encrypted protected backups containing deleted customer data rotate out no later than 30 days after active-system deletion and are not restored for ordinary product use after a confirmed deletion. Limited security, financial, and legal records may remain for their separately disclosed or legally required retention period. Those residual records remain access restricted.
Published deletion and retention schedule
These are maximum public lifecycle boundaries for customer workspace data. An executed Enterprise order form or applicable law may require a different schedule, which controls only when it is documented for that customer.
- Unpaid trial workspace: read-only at day 14; active-system purge is scheduled after the following 30-day upgrade and export window unless a paid subscription starts.
- Paid workspace deletion: suspension follows verified owner confirmation; active-system purge follows the 30-day cancellation and export window unless the request is cancelled.
- Protected backups containing deleted customer data: maximum 30 days after active-system deletion.
- Billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legal records: retained only for the separately disclosed or legally required period and kept access restricted.
Connected systems
Disconnecting an integration stops new authorized syncs. Customers should also revoke the connection in the source provider when appropriate. Deleting AIDevPortal data does not delete the original records held by the connected provider.
Individual privacy requests
For account, marketing, or support data controlled by Tech Innovation Hub LLC, send access, correction, deletion, or objection requests to [email protected]. For data in a customer workspace, contact that customer first; AIDevPortal supports the customer as processor.
Timing and exceptions
We acknowledge verified requests promptly and respond within the period required by applicable law. We may retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial reporting, or other legal obligations.
