- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. The 14-day workspace trial uses Starter limits: 5 users, 3 assistants, 3 AI workers, 20 workflows, 2M model tokens, 250 premium requests, 250 agent runs, 10 GB storage, 2,000 documents, 5 connected sources, and 150 knowledge articles. No card is required. Higher-plan controls such as SSO, SCIM, custom connectors, custom domains, validated key-management options, alternative residency, and premium support are excluded from the free trial.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- An unpaid workspace becomes read-only after day 14. The expiry notice starts a 30-day upgrade and export window, with a final warning before the deadline. Without an active paid subscription after that window, automated offboarding suspends the workspace and schedules active workspace data for purge; an owner request is not required. Owners may start the verified deletion process sooner. Encrypted protected backups containing deleted customer data rotate out no later than 30 days after active-system deletion. Limited security, legal, and financial records follow their separately disclosed or legally required retention periods.
- Which plan should a business owner start with?
- Start with the 14-day free trial to evaluate. Move to Starter ($99/mo) when you want multiple assistants, premium models, and advanced workflows. Growth ($499/mo) adds SSO, webhooks, connectors, and evals for multiple teams. Scale ($1,499/mo) adds SCIM and much higher limits for larger organizations.
- How do quotas and overage work?
- Self-service plans do not add automatic surprise overage charges. Workspace usage is pooled, warnings appear before the limit, and a hard cap pauses the affected operation until the subscription period resets or the plan changes. Enterprise capacity is defined in the order form.
- Can I buy extra users or usage without changing plans?
- Self-service plans do not currently publish automatic per-user or usage add-ons. Upgrade to the next plan for its enforced capacity, or contact us for contracted Enterprise capacity. No overage is charged unless an executed order form says otherwise.
- Which connectors are included on Starter?
- Starter supports up to five generally available connected sources. Provider configuration, permissions, and regional availability still apply. Approved custom-connector capability starts on Growth, but engineering and maintenance work are not included automatically. The in-product integration catalog is the current availability source.
- Does Growth include custom connector engineering?
- No. Growth and Scale provide the platform capability to operate an approved custom connector. Discovery, development, migration, source-system API fees, fixes, ongoing maintenance, ownership, and reuse rights require a separately agreed implementation scope or order form.
- How are workflow executions counted?
- Each manual, scheduled, or webhook trigger creates a workflow run. Deterministic workflow runs and steps are not separately metered on self-service plans today, but shared-capacity safety limits and connected-system limits apply. AI-worker and model steps consume the published agent-run, token, and premium-request allowances. Self-service plans do not include reserved concurrency; Enterprise orders can define throughput and concurrency commitments.
- What counts as a token or premium request?
- Model input and output tokens count toward the workspace token allowance. A premium request is counted when a run uses a model marked Premium in the current workspace catalog. Document and source limits are tracked separately.
- Which AI models are supported?
- The model catalog depends on the configured providers, plan, region, and current service availability. The catalog inside the workspace is the current source of truth; Enterprise agreements can document a required provider or customer-managed credential arrangement.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing is ~17% off — pay for ten months and get twelve — on Starter, Growth, and Scale. Enterprise is annual by default.
- Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, which is the advance remediation window. Existing customer records and users are not silently deleted because of a downgrade. When the lower caps take effect, new creation, invitations, or quota-governed executions can pause while the workspace remains above a cap. A workspace owner can archive or remove enough items, wait for a period-based usage allowance to reset, or move to a plan with sufficient capacity. Contract-specific retention terms continue to control where applicable.

- What payment methods do you accept?
- Card and ACH on the self-serve paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale), invoiced wire on Enterprise. Stripe-hosted payment infrastructure handles payment details and minimizes AIDevPortal's PCI scope.
- Where is data hosted?
- US hosting is standard. Alternative residency is committed only after the proposed deployment and subprocessors are validated and the region is written into an Enterprise order form.
